Weapons must be made
with a single piece of pipe
and the blade must be a single piece of pipefoam.
Also, please do not use too much duct tape,
this makes weapons too heavy and difficult to repair.

Shields
The longest dimensions of a shield cannot exceed 36". The max area
of a shield is 531 square in. (a 26" diameter circle). Any recesses
or voids in the shield silhouette will be ignored for calculating total
surface area.
